Your weekly ritual

If you use the planner, selected habits are stored in your browser’s local storage so they remain selected when you return. They are not sent to Perfect Body. Use “Clear my choices” or clear this site’s browser data to remove them. Downloaded plans stay on your device.

Hosting and links

Railway hosts the site. Standard hosting logs may contain technical request information, including IP addresses, timestamps and browser information. External links, including booking, retailers and healthcare providers, take you to services with their own privacy policies. Do not submit medical details through our editorial booking link.
