How we research
We prioritize primary research, public-health agencies, professional medical organizations and original regulatory documents. Each health guide links to its sources and shows when they were checked. Information may change after publication.
Our evidence labels
- Established foundations: broad, widely used health guidance. This label is not a guarantee of results.
- Clinician-guided: medical choices that require individual assessment.
- Emerging research: promising, uncertain or rapidly changing topics. Access to a treatment does not establish its benefit.
Who creates the content
Ashley Kays is the creator and editor of Perfect Body. Our launch content was developed with AI-assisted research and writing. It has not yet received independent clinician review. We do not use a “medically reviewed” label without a named qualified reviewer and a completed review.
Images and personal experiences
The launch edition uses original AI-generated editorial imagery. The pictured people are not Ashley, contributors, patients or before-and-after subjects. The unbranded skincare imagery is illustrative; it is not a product we sell or a claim that we tested it.
Commercial relationships
The launch edition contains ordinary unpaid outbound links. We may introduce affiliate links or clearly labeled sponsorships in the future. Any paid relationship will be disclosed near the recommendation. We will not describe a company as a partner before an agreement exists, and we will not claim to have tested a product unless we have.
Medical treatment is determined by licensed providers. Perfect Body does not prescribe, dispense or sell prescription drugs. Our coverage of experimental peptides is educational; we do not link to research-use injection sellers.
Corrections and collaboration
To discuss a source correction or editorial collaboration, book a short conversation with Ashley. This is a business conversation, not a health consultation.
